My name is Chris and I live in Las Vegas and very much need help. I have not been to a dentist in .. well since I was 8... I am now 29. I have never had the money to go and I have always had jobs that give no insurrance. I have nightmares almost everynight about lossing or swallowing my teeth. I really want to get them checked out and fixed so I don't end up like my dad. I hope to find someone that can help me.My teeth have always held me back in social and work situations. But If I can get it fixed I might be able to one day find a girl who I can smile for without her running away.
I am wondering if anyone knows of a dentist in Las Vegas who would be reasonable. I need dental care badly. The only thing is I want the IV because I am afraid of dentists. I can't afford dental care as I have no insurance but I want to get my life back on track - I feel like I am wasting away and I need help desperatly. I have so much to offer the world and I want to get going but I can't until I can show a beautiful smile. I have TMJ and teeth that are falling out. Please someone, please help. Thanking you from the bottom of my heart.

I got your private message . I agree with the words of what you say . What bothers me is what you said about your possesions. WHO ~ KNEW already caught on to this , so I am not commenting on that part of your note.
Here is my answer as I sent you in PM. I will not put your PM on here as that is your choice.
Hi, Many of the things you say are on my heart too. The problem that I have is that the wording on your page sounds like a scammer. I just suggested that you try to re-word your page so that your story sounds more like an individual .
When someone won't put their personal information on Aidpages , but they want someone to give them personal information , that is when we usually think someone is a spammer.
I did not mean to imply that you ARE a spammer , but we have had many people who are spammers come on the site and their stories sound very similar to what you have on your page.

I am an avid believer in this respect, avoid confrontations at all times, why? because when you look back on the situation, was it worth your headaches in the first place. My husband and I have been looking for work for over 6 months now. I prepared taxes during the tax season and was given a bonus at the end of the season that kept us alive for another month or two. But we have tapped out all our credit cards and borrowed as much from family and friends as we can. We have also sold a bunch of our stuff on ebay.
Please understand, we have not just looked for work; we've also looked for ways to make money via side businesses. We are determined to make a sustainable living, but we have encountered some roadblocks on the way. Within a two year period, we were robbed of most of our belongings and we had a business deal go sour that left us homeless for a short period of time and cost us a lot of time and money in legal struggles.
I've made a small amount of money in the past year editing books, articles and papers. I find that I especially like book editing and have a small website up right now that has attracted some clients and potential clients. I've not done any marketing to date, other than establishing a relationship with one self-publishing company and putting up a website on another editing service. Today, I just discovered a place where I can advertise my services for free to over a million people a month worldwide. I only need to win a few clients in order to make ends meet. I wish I had discovered this website six months ago because I could have been promoting my side business and making money by now. But I believe things happen in their own time.
Here is my dilemma. I think that a couple of months of setting up a better website, setting up a storefront on the above mentioned website and promoting my services both locally and in cyberspace will lead to enough work to make ends meet and dig us out of the hole. If I can make a living at this, I believe my husband's business will be able to grow and we will have a good long-term outlook.
But the short-term is grim. We have about $100 left and we are now behind on bills. In nine days we will need to have about $900 to cover bills, including rent, but not including food or gasoline. Fifteen days after that we will need another $700 plus food & gasoline. We really need about $1900 a month in order to meet our obligations, which for two people isn't a lot. We will need more than that eventually to dig ourselves out of the hole, but right now I'm just concerned to survive until something gives.
I'm looking for help in the short-short term -- help to make it through August's rent. Appoximately $2000-$3000.
There are several ways that could happen:
We've been trying to sell our 1993 van, but with little success. We've advertised in local paper and auto trader and free classifieds. With a couple of repairs, we actually could auction it locally. That would mean an investment that we do not have plus, according to the auctions website, up to 8 weeks before the auction would yeild payment. The auction house sets a reserve. If someone could lend me the amount of the reserve less the auction fees, I would pay that back when the van sells. Of course, if some other windfall occurred, I would be happy to pay back sooner.
If you like to buy the van, we can talk about that as well. I live in Nevada and am willing to drive the van to California, Arizona or Utah to deliver it to someone. Otherwise, we could discuss shipping.
Maybe someone out there has a book, a manual, a dissertation, or some other editing project(s) that I could complete over the summer. I'd be willing to discount my prices considerably in order to have short-term money.
I have considerable experience as a bookkeeper, especially setting up books on computer or setting up new business books. If you have such a project, I'd be happy to talk with you about rates.
Maybe someone would like to talk to me about investing in my business. I plan to specialize in helping businesses or entrepreneurs self-publish a book or books to enhance their reputations and market shares. I'd be happy to share my business plan with anyone who'd consider microinvesting in my business.
I am open to any ideas on what to do. My husband and I have survived some bad blows in the last couple of years as a result of setting some boundaries with family and business relationships. We are going to make it. I believe in us, but I also believe in the power of community and I was happy to find this site.
In addition to paying back a loan or providing the best service I know how to someone who might help, I also pledge to "pay it forward." I am strong believer in the power of human interaction and human networking. I won't drop the ball.
I just read up on the tuition costs for UNLV's undergrad program and it's not that bad. If you are seeking an undergrad degree and your income is low, they do have grants that are not based on age. See the following link to their grant page.
http://financialaid.u nlv.edu/Information/Grants/ind ex.asp
It probably has a lot to do with the time that you apply, though. Secondly, it is not necessary to have a laptop only a suggestion. If you must have a computer and can't afford a laptop, a desktop is much more reasonable and often you can find some really good deals on them. I know Emachines and Dell (refurbished) have good prices.
Finally, keep in mind that you could go part-time. Based on my initial glance, it was something like $116 per credit hour. Start with a class or two at a time.
Stafford loans are NOT credit based and age has nothing to do with whether or not you qualify. I would suggest going ahead and filling out your FAFSA form (if you haven't already), adding a couple of schools on it, not just UNLV, and see what comes of it.
I don't know just what to say for I have never done anything like this before, I will spare all who read this my long draw out sad story of surcumstace that leads me to the position of reaching out for help from others. I would like to attend UNLV for a Buisness dagree and can't (I don't like the word can't it's like failure before you tried everything) so let's say I'm having trouble finding a way to get my dream started. this will require some help with tuition and books a computer most classes in my field of study suggest a laptop well I realy don't know what else to say. I appreciate those who have taken the time to read this and would like to thank all those who may have suggestions
I am 7 months pregnant and a single mother who can barley walk. Let alone even get a parttime job right now. This pregnancy has been a tough one and my feet get swollen if I even think about walking on them. I can't even afford to buy my 1 year old son any shoes.( he's just started to walk.) My sons wearing some hand me down shoes(that I thank god for) my aunt gave to me, that used to be her 8 year old's when he was a baby. If anyone out there can please help? Thank you and God bless.
am grand it look you know whow people have hard time looking for money but every body must work hard to get it.but do you know that some of us is money and sorport we luck for only to get what we wont

Hello. I am an african american single mother. I have bad credit but am trying to get a loan to purchase my first home. I have a pretty good job which I've been on for more than two years now. Previously I was in a very bad relationship, but now I am rebuilding my life and wish to provide my two year old daughter with a lovely home. Please help me. Thank you.
First of all what you need to understand is that the Process I am describing here takes place in Las Vegas, NV and may not be as useful elsewhere in US. There is a number of people working on every single Real Estate deal towards a same common goal-to make the deal go through and close escrow. Some of these people you will meet and others you won’t, but every single one of them wants to finish this in a positive way, so they can get paid. SIMPLE AS THAT! And they know that they should work so, that everybody from both sides (Buyer/Seller) is happy or there is no deal, which means no payday and none of them wants to see that happening after all the time and money spend. Let me mention some of these team members so you better understand the next part of the PROCESS.
First you choose a Real Estate Agent to help you find or sell a home and represent you throughout the transaction. Your Agent is your best friend. There is another just as good friend to you whom you may never see in person but he/she is watching every step of the way, because is legally liable for your Agents conduct – that person is your Agents Broker who gets paid part of the commission or a flat fee.
Same structure is valid for the other side of the transaction (Agent, Broker, Client). Some times you may see the Broker working directly with the Client, but that is not a common practice. That’s why the Brokers hire Agents, so they don’t have to go out and do it themselves.
So far we have the Real Estate side of the team (both sides Brokers, Agents, Buyer and Seller). Now let’s move to the Mortgage (Loan) part.
If the Buyer doesn’t have the money cash (99% of the cases) will need to find a Lender (Bank, Mortgage Company, etc.) to finance the purchase. Usually, the Agent would pre-qualify the Buyer before they start looking at potential properties and this is the practice I prefer. It saves all of us valuable time. After finding a lending company, Buyer meets with a Loan Officer to help with the paper work and choose the right Loan, than the Loan Officer sends the paper work to the Processor. The Processor is somebody you may hear from if they need more information and then the file goes to the most important person on the Mortgage team, The Underwriter. If the file is complete and The Underwriter signs it off, the money is ready to go to Escrow. The Mortgage team (Loan Officer, Processor, Underwriter) is getting paid partially by charging fees to the Buyers closing cost and partially by the Bank they got the money from.
Then everything happens in Escrow (Title Company). Some states are using attorneys instead. One of the Buyers Agents job is to open Escrow with an Escrow Officer after the purchase contract was signed and accepted by both parties. Once Escrow is opened the Escrow Officer becomes the coordinator of the Process until it closes successfully. In order for that to happen, all the paper work gathered from RE Agents, Banks, Mortgage Co., etc., should be satisfactory to the standards of the State Law. One of the major roles of Escrow is to issue a Title insurance to the property, which means they made sure that all the liens and debts have been paid off prior to Close of Escrow, so the Buyer gets Clear Title and if someone shows up later and claims they had an interest in the property and were not paid to their satisfaction, they have to settle the dispute with the Title Company not with the Buyer. If the Seller did not pay his liabilities and did not disclose them prior to Close of Escrow, the Escrow may settle the claim and go after the Seller to recover the damages.
Charging Buyer and Seller fees to their closing cost pays the Escrow Office, Title Officer and their assistants.
Now I hope, you The Client, understood better the confusing sometimes Process of moving a Real Estate Transaction. And before we proceed to the next segment I would like to remind you that the above is mostly valid for the State of Nevada and especially for Las Vegas, where I work and live for 15 years. Most other states even though similar may surprise you with terminology, order and institutions different that the said above.
Should you have additional questions, please feel free to ask by commenting below. I will be happy to answer to the best of my knowledge.

Here is how to set up your e-mail address, how to change how often OLE sends and receives messages and how to enable the viewing of pictures in Outlook Express 5.0 and 6.0:
To change how often Outlook Express checks or sends messages you have to:
open OLE
click on the "Tools" button on the tool bar on top of Outlook Express
in the "General" tab of the "Options" window by default there is a check mark next to "Check for new messages every 30 minute(s)"
you can change the number "30" to whatever number you want - if you delete "30" and type "5" in the box, your Outlook Express will send and check for new messages every 5 minutes.
Please, let me know if you need me to post pictures or if you have any questions.

You are not doing anything wrong.
There is a default setting in the security options in OLE that you have to change.
Above I have posted solution for this problem. The name of the page is:
How to Enable Viewing of Pictures and Attachments in OLE.

In general none of the ISP
providers are obligated to help you with this - if you can open a web
page, that is as far as their tech support will go. Your PC
manufacturer will NOT help you with this issue. And your last resort -
Microsoft, will charge you for live tech support approximately $35/h...
So, to avoid hours of arguing with tech support reps, here is what you
have to do to fix this type of problem:
DELETE THE TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES To delete the temporary Internet files, follow these steps:
1. Start Internet Explorer. 2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, and then click the General tab. 3. Under Temporary Internet files, click Delete Cookies. 4. Click OK when you are prompted to confirm the deletion. 5. Click Delete Files. 6. Click OK when you are prompted to confirm the deletion. 7. Under History, click Clear History. 8. Click Yes when you are prompted to delete your history of visited Web sites. 9. Click OK.
CONFIGURE SECURITY, CONTENT, AND ADVANCED SETTINGS IN INTERNET EXPLORER
To configure security, content, and advanced settings in Internet
Explorer, follow these steps:
1.
Configure the security settings for the Trusted sites zone in Internet
Explorer. To do this, follow these steps: a. In Internet Explorer, on
the Tools menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Security tab
b. Click Trusted sites, and then click Default Level. c. Add the SSL
Secured (128-Bit) Web site to the Trusted sites zone. To do this, click
Sites, type the URL of the site in the Add this Web site to the zone
box, click Add, click OK, and then click Apply. 2. Clear the
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) state and AutoComplete history. To do this,
follow these steps: a. Click the Content tab. b. Under Certificates,
click Clear SSL State. c. Click OK when you receive the message that
the SSL cache was successfully cleared. d. Under Personal information,
click AutoComplete. e. Under Clear AutoComplete history, click Clear
Forms, and then click OK when you are prompted to confirm the
operation. f. Click Clear Passwords, click OK when you are prompted to
clear all previously saved passwords, and then click OK two times.
3. Verify that Internet Explorer is configured to use SSL 2.0 and SSL
3.0. To do this, follow these steps: a. Click the Advanced tab. b.
Under Security in the Settings box, select the Use SSL 2.0 and Use SSL
3.0 check boxes (if they are not already selected), and then click OK.
VERIFY THAT THE DATE AND TIME SETTINGS ON YOUR
COMPUTER ARE CORRECT To verify that your computer is configured with
the correct date and time settings, follow these steps:
1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel. 2. Click Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options, and then click Date and Time. 3. Click the Date & Time tab. 4. Make sure that the date and time settings are configured to use the current date and time, and then click OK.
VERIFY THAT YOUR COMPUTER IS USING 128-bit
ENCRIPTION To verify that your computer is using 128-bit encryption,
follow these steps:
1. Start Internet Explorer. 2. On the Help menu, click About Internet Explorer.
3. The level of encryption on your computer appears next to the words
Cipher Strength. Verify that the Cipher Strength value appears as
128-bit. 4. Click OK.
USE SYSTEM RESTORE TO RETURN YOUR COMPUTER TO A PREVIOUS STATE The
System Restore feature in Windows XP takes a "snapshot" of critical
system files and some program files and stores this information as
restore points. You can use these restore points to return Windows XP
to a previous state.
VERIFY THE
CONFIGURATION OF YOUR THIRD-PARTY FIREWALL OR ANTIVIRUS PROGRAMS Make
sure that third-party firewall or antivirus programs that are installed
on your computer are configured correctly and are not preventing you
from connecting to security-enhanced Web sites. For more information,
see the product documentation, or contact the program vendor.
USE THE SYSTEM FILE CHECKER (Sfc.exe) TOOL TO SCAN
ALL Windows File Protection (WFP)-PROTECTED FILES Use System File
Checker with the /scannow parameter to immediately scan and verify the
versions of all the system files that Windows File Protection helps
protect. If System File Checker discovers that such a file was
overwritten, it retrieves the correct version of the file from the
cache folder (SystemrootSystem32Dllcache) or from the Windows
installation source files, and then replaces the incorrect file. System
File Checker also checks and repopulates the cache folder. You must be
logged on as an administrator or as a member of the Administrators
group to run System File Checker. To run System File Checker with the
/scannow parameter, follow these steps:
1. Click Start, and then click Run. 2. In the Open box, type cmd, and then click OK. 3. At the command prompt, type sfc /scannow, and then press ENTER.
VERIFY THAT THE Microsoft Cryptographic Services
SERVICE IS STARTED To verify that the Cryptographic Services service is
started, or to start it if it is not already started, follow these
steps:
1. Click Start, and then click Run. 2. In the Open box, type cmd, and then click OK. 3. At the command prompt, type net start cryptsvc, and then press ENTER. 4. Type exit to quit Command Prompt.
RE-REGISTER .dll files Re-register the following
.dll files: Softpub.dll Wintrust.dll Initpki.dll Dssenh.dll Rsaenh.dll
Gpkcsp.dll Sccbase.dll Slbcsp.dll Cryptdlg.dll To re-register these
files, follow these steps:
1. Click Start, and then click Run. 2. In the Open box, type cmd, and then click OK.
3. At the command prompt, type the following lines and press ENTER
after each line: regsvr32 softpub.dll regsvr32 wintrust.dll regsvr32
initpki.dll regsvr32 dssenh.dll regsvr32 rsaenh.dll regsvr32 gpkcsp.dll
regsvr32 sccbase.dll regsvr32 slbcsp.dll regsvr32 cryptdlg.dll 4. Click OK when you receive the message that DllRegisterServer in FileName succeeded.
5. Type exit.
CREATE A NEW USER PROFILE You may not be able to
locate SSL Secured (128-Bit) Web sites if your Windows user profile is
damaged. To troubleshoot, log on to the computer as another user and
try to connect to a SSL Secured (128-Bit) Web site. If you can connect
to SSL Secured (128-Bit) Web sites when you are logged in as a
different user, your user profile may be corrupted. To resolve the
problem, back up the information and settings that you want from your
profile (for example, the My Documents and Favorites folders), and then
delete the damaged profile. To delete a user profile, follow these
steps:
1. Log on to the computer as Administrator or as a member of the Administrators group. 2. Click Start, and then click Control Panel. 3. Click Performance and Maintenance, and then click System. 4. Click the Advanced tab, and then under User Profiles, click Settings. 5. In the Profiles stored on this computer list, click the user profile that you want to delete, and then click Delete. 6. Click Yes when you are prompted to confirm the deletion. 7. Click OK two times, and then quit Control Panel. 8. Log off the computer as Administrator, and then log on as the user. Windows creates a new profile for the user.
NOTE: Alternatively, you may want to create a new user, and then copy
the data from your old profile to the profile of the new user.
